. This bag is very practical and preferable to any bag with a zipper because it never stays closed and can leak. Epsom salt also collects in large clumps. The San Francisco Salt Company and the Seattle-based Salt Works are two of my favorite companies to buy anything salt from.

My podiatrist recommended that I soak my foot in warm English salt water every day for 2 weeks. Of course I didn't want to use regular table salt. I needed something cleaner and sterile as it needed to penetrate the surgical site on my leg. There was no burning at all, and crumbly pieces of salt dissolved well in warm water.

The product itself is not bad although not as powdery as I was hoping for. I like that the packaging is resealable, but the biggest issue is that the packaging doesn't close completely from the top before first opening. So it turned up on my doorstep with the bag wide open and probably about an eighth of the contents in a perfectly intact box scattered everywhere. You will need tape or a fully sealed bag.

Epsom salt is nice, very fine grained but the spout is totally useless as the Epsom salt arrived very lumpy and wouldn't flow out no matter how hard I slapped the bag to break up the lumps. I had to cut open the bag and put the salts in another container to use them. The Epsom salts themselves were good and dissolved quickly due to the very fine grit. I've also found that I don't need extra fine grit as fine grit works well for my purposes and is cheaper FYI.

Skip a pill and dip. Whether it's constipation, chronic pain, arthritis, asthma, migraines, sprains, skin conditions, it's the cure for everyone. This is one of the cheapest and most effective products on the market. I fully support this product. My only caution is don't overdo it and don't take more than three baths a week if you have bleeding problems and if in doubt consult your doctor.
