Read article WARNING WARNING WARNING

Hello. Check out the article WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! Here I agree with Griffith. Because it's brass, you can create a chemical reaction with your denominations and not remove them later. Just find out what stems you have and if you can use them on your specific vehicle and valves. Besides, they're great. You can't go wrong. Just think of this review

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Write later

Protecting your car's valve stems

After using aluminum valve stems, I found that they have problems with the dispersion of two different metals; From now on I only use brass on brass. Aluminum is welded to brass, so we've tried to warn anyone buying cheaper valve stem caps not to just buy plastic or brass, as these won't destroy the valve stems. Forewarned is armed! Don't go cheap as replacing valve stems will cost you a lot. Newer cars have "low tire pressure sensors" and cost about $100 to replace if they fail. ;-)

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Low repairability

Better than plastic

I had these valve covers on my previous Lexus and loved them. The 2019 Camry has regular plastic hubcaps that I wanted to replace. It was a sensible choice. I like the look and especially the quality. What worries me is that there is a small piece of metal sticking out of the underside of the cap right in the middle that appears to be in line with the valve core. This is likely an artifact left over from the manufacturing process. It doesn't seem to quite reach the lever or deflate the tires…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Good but not great

***WARNING*** - ALWAYS touch the valve stem!

It cost me $280 to remove these $5 caps on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Apparently my car has valve stems from an Aluminum Tire Monitoring System (TPMS). I put these caps on in the fall and in the middle of winter they were sticking to the stem. I tried a vise, but even that couldn't remove it. When I took my car to Costco to buy new tires a few months later, they informed me that there was no way to remove the caps and that they would have to fail along with the TPMS. The chemical reaction created…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Lightly dented

Full valve stem caps

I have studied several different tire valve caps and am very satisfied with these SAMIKIVA brass tire valve caps. My goal was to make sure I found the ones that screwed in all the way and didn't stick out. In the end I was very pleased when I put them on our 2014 MB C250 and saw that they were completely screwed up. I'm sure there are other brands that fit perfectly, but there are some that don't. So you should be happy with that if you're looking for the same thing as me when it comes to…

  • Stylish and modern design

Big, grippy

Last fall I bought a set of metal valve stem caps to replace the easy-to-thread plastic caps that were available. After the winter months they got stuck in place, making it impossible to unscrew one or two with your fingers. So I decided to replace them as well, hoping they were made from a more corrosion resistant metal like brass. It's too early to assess corrosion resistance, but it should help a lot that they're hexagonal and made of thick metal. As a result, the gripping surface is…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model

Warning! Warning! Warning! Warning!

My experience with them was a $260 mistake. I'm conflicted, but I have to warn others. On "my" car I had the aluminum valve stems from the standard Suzuki Grande Vitera tire pressure monitoring system. I put them on in winter and after a few months I tried to take them off. They caught on the rods and I had to use a socket wrench and the valve stems broke and they broke under the air valves. I had to remove all four wheels and bring them in for replacement. 4 pressure sensors cost me $260. I…

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Tire valve caps look great and fit perfectly

This review is for those who are spending too much time delving into a subject that should be quick, easy and straightforward. Why do you do that because you know just know that if you make the wrong choice you will always come back here looking for just the right product to fit your needs. After this verification, you will no longer be subject to the Cap oligarchy, you will be free, you will be liberated! At first I had 9 caps in my bag instead of the advertised 8. Not sure if that was…
