Ideal for amateur home studio or live performance

Sounds incredible for the price. Only thing is I'm not a fan of tom mics for the snare drum. I ended up going with one of my sm57s, but overall not bad. If I ever don't like the sound I get from them on an acoustic set, I can just make a midi track and mix the sample to give it a bit more brightness.

Good microphone set

A great set for the money. Since it came with a stand as well as two extra pole stands, I bought this one. Everything seemed to connect and everything worked with my interface. It included 4 rim clips that I used to connect them all. Some mics have a bit of a deeper/muffled sound that I don't like (snare) but I can fix that in my DAW. I wouldn't recommend them for vocals either, as they don't seem to have such a clean, crisp sound, but for a full set of drums I'm happy. Over time I will beโ€ฆ

Incredible value for money

Great microphones not included. Don't expect them to perform like the Sennheiser MD 421-II or similar where 1 mic costs as much as the whole kit. Likewise, these aren't incredible, professional racks. That the mics and stands in this set cost *a lot* more than what I paid for the set. They perform well beyond their price point and completely meet my need to try and record my acoustic drums at home rather than using the electronic kit I typically use for home projects. With careful EQ and gating
