Didn't know it came with an AMAZING permanent stand!

I just screwed this sucker onto my table ha ha! Durable as is. Now it can rotate too! The entire mount is extremely durable and will hold just about any mic you can throw over it. I'm so glad I looked around and didn't settle for another $15. Dealing with a hand that would slip under the weight of the mic and the springs sticking out everywhere just sounds like an issue I don't want to deal with at all. If you think about this microphone hand, do it. I can only recommend that. They even added 2

Very happy with the purchase.

This microphone arm is great! I like that it has no feathers. It's also high quality and comes with two brackets (see photo). The price is right too. Did I also mention that he was great? I was also impressed with the packaging that the microphone came in. It was a big box filled with professional levitation films. Then in that box was the product itself, wrapped in a styrofoam pillow. I really appreciate it when a company pays special attention to the packaging of their products. To me, this…

The perfect arm for unlimited broadcasting PSA1

The best microphone arm compatible with a wide range of microphones. In contrast to the swing arm for the RODE PSA1 studio microphone, the Samson transmitter stand works with lighter microphones. I use my mic with an Audio-Technica AT875R line/gradient shotgun condenser mic and a Nady SSPF-3 mic mount with a built-in pop filter. It stays in place wherever you move it, even without a microphone connected. I'm glad my PSA1 research found this deficiency before I placed my order. It comes with two

Solid as a rock! On Stands

I've been in radio for 30 years and I can't tell you how many times I've had to slowly lower myself into a chair because the microphone boom was slowly lowering. Now I have my own production studio and I wanted a solid mic stand that didn't cost $100 or more. I found this one and decided to give it a try. It arrived today and I've pinned it to my desk. The clip is huge and you can easily attach it to 2X4. I use a fairly heavy microphone (Shure sm7b). I don't know how much he weighs but probably

Very high quality at half the price of RODE

Oh my god I was worried because I couldn't find anything about this dart on youtube except for a person who did a 'review' on twitch posted and although it looked like a nice guy the quality of the video was poor BUT I took his word for it and it was great! The arm itself is metal and looks like a RODE PS1 that costs twice as much as this one. I've seen complaints about the RODE model, about metal shavings or noise when driving, but there's nothing quite like it. I got the Samson here for…

Yeti does NOT screw into this mount

Be careful if you plan to connect a Blue Yeti to this. The microphone is plugged directly onto the screw mount, which is slightly smaller than on the Yeti. I contacted the seller, ZERO response. It wasn't until I completed the application that I caught their attention and even then they insisted that the threaded fastener be trimmed down to 5/8" which is clearly wrong. They wanted me to send the product back but I figured it was more hassle than it was. Costs. Since the arm doesn't move, I…

NOT as useful as the $10 stem

I bought this thinking it would be an upgrade from those cheap stem rods No matter how hard you tighten the knob your mic just swings freely, which means you can't position the mic sideways or even normally without rotating it, the metal screw area doesn't tighten at all, which for me and many other people, this makes the mount useless even a $10 mic boom can along the mounting area allowing for secure mic placement, but I can't have bought that $60 mic stand thinking it was the same as the…

Do you need a quality arrow at a great price? Here.

It just happened. On time and in perfect condition. This mic stand is solid, not a flimsy model with an external spring. If you have a little soldering experience you can run the cable through most outer tubes and end up with a super clean looking stem. I simply cut the mic cable I already had and routed it through a square tube. I then soldered a 90 degree Neutrik XLR connector (right angle) to the end and it looks and works fantastic. This boom can easily carry your studio microphone and…

Almost a must have for the Samson G-Track Pro

We video conference a lot during the pandemic and I needed a good microphone for my studio. I bought a Samson G-Track Pro which sounds great and has good features but is HEAVY! So when I decided to buy a boom it made sense to go with a Samson boom that was designed with their mics in mind. The boom arm is a solid grip with more than enough tension to hold a nearly 5lb mic with no play, no problem. than in the hanging position, the collet nut holding the mic mount is never tightened enough to…
