I looked at hardware stores and large stores for a replacement bulb and the salespeople couldn't help me find a suitable replacement bulb. Eventually I contacted the manufacturer's customer service and they provided me with the correct information on how to replace the lamp and offered to mail it to me. Before ordering from the manufacturer, I searched Revain online for the best price and found a vendor at half the price. The lamp replacement came quickly and worked great.

The price and the relatively positive reviews convinced me. The lamp arrives within three days of ordering. When I tried to install it in my microwave, the wires broke. Thinking I might just be clumsy (even though I work with much thinner items) I ordered another one and tried to install it even neater. The lamp I received does not match the one in the photo. This one is way smaller than I need. Not only is the glass part smaller, but so is the depth and thickness of the needle - it doesn't stay in its nest under the microwave, it just falls out. There are also three metal strips in the glass, while only two are clearly visible in the photo in the listing.
