Beautiful TV, dead pixels or dust particles

This is a great TV. DSE is almost invisible. I swear the picture is better than my Q90R. But my device had a dead pixel about an inch below the center of the screen. I replaced it and had about a week of bliss until the replacement suddenly sprouted a dead pixel. At least not in the middle. Today I discovered that a dead pixel is actually just a speck of dust or some other type of dirt partially blocking 4 pixels on my panel. I moved it by pressing the screen, but it only went down about 12…

Pros
  • QUANTUM HDR 16X: A wider range of brightness and colors combined for a strikingly vivid cinematic image.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Good TV but not much better than the average LED TV.

First of all I would like to say that I have calibrated the TV according to the recommendations of the RTINGS.com website. I also went through a series of test image patterns on the Bluray disc to tweak the image. After hearing more and more about these quantum dot TVs being superior to OLED TVs, I decided to buy one to replace my 2016 LG OLED B6. Blackboard. Unfortunately I can't say I'm impressed. I've noticed a lot of blurring around bright objects in dark scenes when local dimming kicks in.

Pros
  • SUPER ANGLE VIEWING ANGLE: Designed to reduce glare and enhance colors, resulting in a bright image no matter where you sit.
Cons
  • Dear

wanted to give him 5

3 things prevent this review from getting 5 stars. 1) BRIGHTEST problem (pun intended) - the screen is glossy so you get huge glare bars from any light source hitting it, which looks like a giant blob on the screen. It is also a fingerprint magnet. Why isn't this screen matte?! At $4,000 after tax and shipping, this thing should be the best of the line and have all the bells and whistles, but it doesn't even have the basic functionality that a $125 computer monitor would. So disappointed. 2)…

Pros
  • OBJECT TRACKING SOUND: The TV's top two and bottom two built-in speakers adjust the sound according to what's happening.
Cons
  • The packaging is ugly
