$300 credit

I recently bought a 65 inch 8K TV from SAMSUNG (which works great) mainly because of the price and the offer which was a $300 shipping credit. The item was delivered on 12th June 2021 and nobody has contacted me via email (Terms and Conditions) regarding the offer I have claimed using the offer code listed in my cart. When I contacted support they told me the deal was applied and I should read the terms and conditions which I did. I'm looking for a letter with my credit.

All around great TV!

There was a problem shipping a TV with a broken screen. The TV was very easy to swap out. The replacement was shown with a series of pixels. At this point I was less than impressed. When trying to replace the second TV the pixel line seemed to go away, Revain offered us a discount to keep the second TV and we agreed. The TV itself is really great, lots of good features! Really disappointing for what you pay.

The picture quality itself is quite pleasant, but there are some functional elements of the picture that are very distracting and simply SHOULD NOT exist on a television this expensive. First, in any very bright scene, you can see a row of backlight LEDs shining through as ultra-bright white dots across the entire screen. They are highly visible and highly distracting. The first few times this happened I was completely confused as to why the scene in the movie I was watching had all those dots.
