I recently bought a 65 inch 8K TV from SAMSUNG (which works great) mainly because of the price and the offer which was a $300 shipping credit. The item was delivered on 12th June 2021 and nobody has contacted me via email (Terms and Conditions) regarding the offer I have claimed using the offer code listed in my cart. When I contacted support they told me the deal was applied and I should read the terms and conditions which I did. I'm looking for a letter with my credit.
