Doesn't fit but they said it might not fit .They returned it with no problems Big problem with a six year old Samsung washing machine, most of it rotted The metal looked like it had been in the ocean for a hundred years!

Ordered and received this shock absorber a few weeks ago. Was going to install today but when I compressed the shock with little resistance it never returned to the correct position and can be disassembled without much effort. It doesn't really look like the picture in the product description in the order. Sheet. Is it too late to return? I'm confused about this, please help
