NOT unlocked on mobile phones

I read a lot of other reviews and decided to take a chance because of the price. The phone was not unlocked, it was an AT&T phone.

The phones are stolen, the operator doesn't connect

Phone received, all ok. But when I tried to connect it to Verizon, the support rep said the phone was blacklisted! This is the result of stealing this phone. SMH Nobody is going to tie up a stolen phone, someone is going to sell this real work of art
