Screen: at an angle of 45 degrees and above, the image turns green (this is not annoying during normal use), in places of rounding on the left and right, too, and at an angle of only 10 degrees (but this is already noticeable. This is probably the biggest drawback of this smartphone for me).
Design: The fingerprint sensor is located far away and is difficult to quickly blindly, unless you use a case with which this problem is solved. In addition, due to the unusual aspect ratio of 18:9, the phone turned out to be long and one hand can no longer reach the notification panel (however, it can be opened with a gesture on the fingerprint sensor, and there is a one-handed operation mode)
Camera: Focuses poorly at a distance of <10cm when shooting photos and does not focus at all when shooting video.
Fingerprint sensor: fast, but periodically refuses to recognize (about 5% of cases, however, after ating to 8.0 Oreo, the problem seems to have been resolved)
Retinal Scanner: Fast, but overly sensitive to eye distance and eye position.
Programs: a bunch of non-removable software (for example, non-removable facebook, ms office and some kind of ubank), duplicating ogues from google: (samsung notes vs google keep, gallery vs google photo, internet vs google chrome, bixby vs google, samsung music vs play music, play market vs galaxy apps, email vs gmail, 2 calculators, 2 calendars). Almost none of the Samsung apps support landscape mode.
Separately, I will highlight the useless bixby istant, which is not disabled by built-in tools, does not understand the 2022 voice and does not allow you to turn on English.
