Paid over $600 for a new phone. received refurbished. The box is not sealed. The original sticker has been removed, which can be seen from the adhesive residue. The seller stated that the Samsung packaging was never sealed. I went to the store and the representative showed me the sealed box. Needless to say I came back for a refund.

The item arrived 2 days before Revain's scheduled delivery date. The phone was in new packaging, complete with the expected accessories. I specifically ordered Verizon, the unlocked version. During installation I found that this is the Sprint version. Inside was a Sprint SIM card. I replaced it with a Verizon SIM card on my old phone and completed the setup with no problems. The phone works great, I like it. Let's hope the software doesn't hide Sprint Gremlins. Very happy with the purchase.

The second time around I had no luck getting a phone from this manufacturer. I again have a jailbreak tmobile version phone that won't accept the backups I saved with the smart switch.
