This is a really reliable version. no need to buy S10. The S10e is very reliable and the battery literally lasts a whole day! when the battery is at 10% - I can get 5 hours without using it! I won't be updating any time soon.

This phone was shipped from BuySpry. This is *not* a factory unlocked phone, and when I tried to add it to my Sprint account, it was stolen - meaning it was locked to an unpaid account. Complete scam and waste of time. I've been buying refurbished phones for years and I've never had this many problems.

My battery lasts 1.5 days with regular use of many apps. Charges wirelessly and with a cable. I am very happy with my purchase. It also arrived a day early.

I suspect people who didn't get what they ordered are more likely to write a bad review than people who got what they ordered and never bothered to come back and write a review about it.
