Something is wrong with the phone scratches very easily and a loose world floating inside the phone is not satisfied with it

The phone was perfect, just as described. We took it to Verizon and set it up very quickly. I was also impressed with the seller, great communication and the product that arrived in 2 days which is a day earlier than promised.

I've only had this item for about a week, but it arrived on time and is still working great with no problems or visible defects. The phone included a Samsung branded charger, it was possible to transfer the SIM and SD card from the Note 8 to the S20 and setup was pretty easy. Hopefully I can get a few years off of this before my next update. The battery also lasts almost 3 days with light calling, texting and web browsing.

Since I have this phone I have had almost no serious problems with this phone. MANY phone software updates have been made since it was formatted by the seller or someone else. I was a bit skeptical of some of the 1 star reviews but those concerns are unfounded. I received the product in original Samsung packaging and the phone is intact. They say there may be small imperfections, but the unit I received looked like new from the factory! I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I feel like I got the new S20 Ultra with a 50% discount!
