To begin, I no longer have any faith in Samsung after they flagrantly misled me. Samsung's public relations for the S21 line proclaimed emphatically that customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return the phones if they are dissatisfied for any reason. Two days later, I realized that this smartphone did not suit me for various reasons, so I returned it and painted on the shelves why I didn't like it (even though I couldn't explain why; after all, that's how you shouted in your PR campaign). I told the worker that if they switched to 120 Hertz mode (one of the key features at the time), the battery would last for a few hours, assuming they didn't use the phone like their grandma. After waiting 20 days, I emailed them to find out where my application stood; they said it was still being reviewed. This time there is complete and utter quiet. And thus no one responded me or called me back, of course, nothing was returned. Nothing happened to me! That's why I now consider your business to be a con!
