I received the phone on Friday April 27th. I worked with Samsung and Verizon all day Saturday, we couldn't get the phone to work properly. I sent it back on April 30th. I took it to Verizon to get a new SIM card, it needs a Nano while my old S5 has a Micro(?). They said that the IMEI number of this Note8 belongs to AT&T and that they cannot "activate a sim card for it" (their words are not mine).
