The system was very easy to set up and all the speakers synced up with no issues or headaches. It took a few minutes to adjust the volume controls to set it up, but after that it sounds great. Arrived as promised and in excellent condition. Great offer.

Ordered refurbished to save almost 50% off the price. So I was skeptical about the quality, but after receiving it almost a week earlier than expected, it works great! It was very easy to connect all the components and the sound is MUCH richer than the last two sound systems I've had. Very satisfied.!

A major upgrade over my Samsung TV's speaker. Positioning the rear Bluetooth speakers was a little tricky, but not too bad. The sound is excellent at medium to high volume, but there is an odd murmur at low volume. I only use the TV speakers for low volume. Great inexpensive surround sound option!

Very impressed! We have this because the rear speakers don't need to be connected to the TV. The rear speakers are wired and need to be plugged in, but that was easy for us because they're behind our sofa. Less cords were our main selling point as we have a curious 9 month old who is up for anything. We are very happy with our purchase!

I bought this set thinking it was wireless. First, the rear speakers are wired to the wireless module (which plugs into a power source), so it's not truly wireless. What's more annoying is that it doesn't support WiFi, but Bluetooth. That means you can't really control it via smarthings (which is a lie) + updates have to be done via USB + it has a MANDATORY auto-off feature that can't be disabled (according to Samsung support). Please do yourself a favor. and don't buy it.

Edit: Still fiddling with the settings since I got the soundbar and rear speakers. It started badly with intermittent connection issues but after 3 days the rear speakers seem to be more stable. I also struggled to get good sound quality from the rear speakers until I switched to an optical cable instead of the HDMI elbow that came with the speakers. The sound quality when launching apps via the TV (2019 Samsung TV) leaves a lot to be desired. I think most people will find that TVs have bad…
