[Update in 5.5 weeks] About 50% of the time the monitor flickers after waking up. The solution is to restart the monitor. It currently uses a 10ft Club 3D DisplayPort cable, but we will most likely try using a 10ft Maxonar DP cable to see if that fixes the issue. This is arguably the best monitor for high-end 4K gaming with HDR for PC. 32 inches is the right size and supports very high refresh rates. The curve is excellent for diving. 32 inches is the ideal size for 4K. The colors are clear and saturated. The refresh rate makes this panel one of the best on the market. HDR: Windows 10/11 reports a peak brightness of 1015 nits, which is the actual peak brightness. The Quantum HDR2000 is a manufactured specification unique to Samsung.
