Best buy. I had a very difficult time transferring photos from my iPhone to my computer to organize them. It was like a miracle. So easy to use. Wonderful

UPDATE: Does not work with iPad 11Pro. I did all possible troubleshooting. USB-C is not recognized. I am not sure if my item is new. Take care of data security. Came in a plastic bag. Paid too much because not properly packaged.

Music cannot be copied. This is from support: Please note that music stored on your iPhone or iPad cannot be copied to the iXpand drive. To move or delete music from iOS Music app, you need to sync it with iTunes.

I need a flash drive connected to my phone I wanted to record an exercise video on to record the video I didn't have and this Internet. I copied my DVDs to it and it worked very well. They load quickly and work very well, to the point that my sister wanted to use them.

Just got it. IXpand doesn't recognize it for my iPad PRO 11 2020. It works on my iPhone 7plus. I went to the website and it said it was compatible with the iPad Pro but not mine. I think I have a used one because it's missing the lid that protects the open side. So I will return.

I was very happy to use this product. Unfortunately, on my second day of troubleshooting, I have an annoying problem. The device is connected and when I copy a photo/video to disk I get kicked out of the application. Writes "device not found" even though it is. I've done a few things to fix this and I'm just getting impatient and ready to get it back.

The ixpand is great for expanding the storage of your iPhone or iPad. The issue I had was that the Lightning connector was physically disconnected rendering the entire drive unusable. I even bought a USB to Lightning adapter and it didn't work. If you want to protect a file, it must also be encrypted. This means that it must be transmitted to another device unencrypted. Hardware wise this is a solid Sandisk stick. Fairly quick transfer to PC, no issues with USB or Lightning connectors. The problems stem from forcing the iPad to use proprietary software instead of relying on iPadOS to access files. In the latest version of the operating system, you can simply connect a flash drive with an adapter and it will appear as a location in Finder.
