This is Chuck Norris among pizza cutters. The first time I used my cutter, the pizza was baked on a pizza stone. This cutter not only sliced the pizza but also cut the pizza stone into 8 perfectly cut slices. I once somehow managed to leave a knife in my back pocket when I went to the store and all the frozen pizzas in the freezer boxes cut themselves!. Received as a birthday present. I started making my own pizza about a year or two ago and was disappointed with the small, boring 2.5" slicer I had. means it will dull slower than small wheels, quality steel helps in that department too. I never thought I would write a review for a pizza cutter but hey, strange things have happened. My parents had one when I was younger and this thing never got boring. This is an industrial grade food grade tool and is really good at what it does. $30-$40 might seem ridiculous for a pizza cutter, but it's a day-night difference compared to my crappy $5-$10 minicycle you can get. does not vibrate like all cheap ones.
