This pump has been working very well in my basement sink for about a month. For myself I use this under the sink in my wet bar, I don't have in floor drain lines as mine are 3 feet off the floor. My Saniflo pumps "sewage" out of the sink through a 40 foot 3/4 inch PVC pipe. It works great. This is my third unit in the last 6 years. Pump ordered in April 2018 but not installed until July. My plumber did the installation. The pump was connected to the washing machine via a kitchen sink (indirect as stated in the manual) with a 1.5 inch drain. The pump couldn't keep up with the washing machine when properly installed indirectly (using the sink as a buffer). With normal pumping it quickly overflowed and leaked out the back. In January 2012 I installed a Saniflow 021 SANISWIFT for a professional dog grooming bath (see my picture). We use the tub every day and the pump continues to do a great job.
