Well packaged. I liked the price and the attachments. haven't used it yet. great customer service and fast shipping! To update. have used the mixing part and it is just as good as my much more expensive kitchen aid. Too bad I didn't get it sooner. Can't wait to try all the other attachments.

Not KitchenAid, but half price. At the moment the machine is working well and I'm happy with it compared to the price. Pros: Looks great on the counter Useful attachments included Seems strong enough to handle most applications Suction cups attach securely to the counter for stability Cons: Lightweight plastic body Large bowl capacity is misleading as it would be impossible to fill a full 9 .5 liters to mix. Figure around 5-6 liters as the true usable capacity.

False advertising! Says it's a 9.5 liter faucet. No, that is not so. The bowl actually has a maximum capacity of ONLY 8 liters (overflow). And no matter how deep the club body is in the bowl, you'll be lucky if you use 6 liters. The blender is a bomb. The bowl is large so I can double or triple recipes which saves time in the kitchen. It's very powerful and I don't have to keep stopping the blender to clean the bottom and sides of the bowl.
