🚲 Saris Indoor Bike Trainer Leveling Block Review

The product I received didn't have the Saris logo on the side of the last one. Another customer noticed this too. I have contacted Saris customer service to see if there has been a product change. The customer's representative informed me that there were no such changes and that the item does not belong to him. I am returning the item. I paid more because I wanted a saris product, I bought another product for half the amount.

The product came in a sari bag but the block itself does not match what is shown in the photo. It's plain black plastic. I have no doubt that this is a "Saris" block and the lack of a logo does not mean it is fake. I'm not returning it, just a warning that you probably won't get what is pictured, hence the 3 star rating (1 star for no product logo as advertised, 5 stars for a solid product that does what it does does). average 3 stars).

I was so disappointed with this purchase because it's not big enough and my wrists and arms hurt from the bike's downward tilt from the front when attached to the front of the machine. return. I would have gotten a higher one, but I was keen to start riding and give it a try. It does the job overall and keeps the front wheel steady, but I had to put something underneath to make it bigger and it feels silly. Should be better designed for the job.
