Everything is fine inside. There is nothing in the box to hold the items in place. If you hang a kit on the wall and open it, some items will fall out.

This set is a bit disappointing. Despite the wall mounting holes, it really can't be wall mounted for practical purposes. It's just a box with plastic bags full of items. It also seems to have a very short expiry date (1 year since the one I received is marked as expiring 02-2020) while it usually lasts 3-5 years. When you run on the mountain, everything falls out when you open it. I think it's my fault for not paying attention to the other reviews.

The main reason I bought this kit was I wanted a complete kit that could be conveniently hung on the wall and accessed without having to remove the contents Wandset. Unfortunately, this kit is not intended for such use. If you open the kit while it's hanging, you'll spill the entire contents of the kit onto the floor.
