Exceeded my expectations

Smaller than expected but true to size. My four month old niece loves it. She has fun feeling all the different textures. I would recommend! UPDATE: niece is now nine months old and still loves this toy, could beat this price.

Possible danger! the best of rattles and plush rings

This product is a great idea. Very nice colors and textures. sure to keep kids interested. The only downside I see is that one of the buds fell off on the first day! It is designed for 6 months and older, so you should understand that children start teething. I'm glad I caught this before my little one started eating it! Very disappointed!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Easy maintenance

Danger of suffocation! in toddler and toddler toys

This toy is so cheaply made. These reviews must have been paid for because they are rubbish. I would never give this to my 5 month old baby. When it arrived the plastic holding the balls was detached from the toy and the fiber filling inside was exposed which could pose a choking hazard for my little one. My mother saw the toy and asked if it was from the dollar store. Had to throw the toy away because it is literally a choking hazard for children. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Good but not great

THIS IS LEAKY SYNTHETIC FIBERS

I got this from my kid after about two weeks of use - I kept noticing tiny synthetic fibers sticking out of the soft bumps. I would cut them off, maybe it was just because they were new but the new ones stuck out all the time. The more I looked, the more I saw - and it was in my baby's mouth! Who knows where those fibers were - this thing is made in China and I can't trust the quality of this thing anymore. So now it's not going anywhere except in the trash.

Perfect for 6 months

Such a classic toy for older babies! We introduced this toy far too early and it was a bit of a sensory overload for our newborn. Now that baby is learning to crawl and grasp better, that's spot on! Remember to try toys on your children at different times and only one toy at a time. You never know what might work. It's marked as a 6 month old toy so that was bad. To encourage scanning I placed this just out of range. Because of the bumps, it never rolls too far and can encourage your child to…

Great toy for a toddler!

Very cute ball! I like that each part is different. It keeps baby busy and it's very colourful! It's a bit big for a baby hand but my daughter is 4 months old now so I think she'll be fine holding it next month! I love Sassy toys and this toy was sold to me as were many other toys we have from this brand. I've seen reviews of seam issues but we're ok so I think one of them was probably just defective. Don't let that put you off ordering as it almost worked for me but I decided to order it…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Not the best

difficult to clean and big for a 6 month old baby

I really wanted to like this. It has so many sensory play aspects that I thought my little son would love it. Ultimately, it was too big and difficult for a small hand to grasp the bulges protruding from the ball. Only recently my 24 month old was able to pick it up without immediately dropping it. Also, it's almost impossible to clean. There are plastic parts, shiny vinyl parts and real fabric parts. My son eventually got the flu (around 10-12 months old) and I tried to treat him but ended up…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Almost never

Great for my preemie who is less than 5 months old

My baby will be 5 months in a week and was premature. She weighs 14 pounds and has been wearing them for 0-3 months so far. She loves this toy as she has learned to use both hands. She picks it up with no problem and like all her toys, she drops it and needs her mother's help. She plays with him in her car seat, rocks and rolls on her toddler mattress on the floor in my living room. So for moms who are hesitant or put off by this toy because many reviews say it's too big, I say it depends on…
