This is a cute travel mug that I bought as a gift, but the inner seal is so tight that the lid cannot be removed. It even gave me serious resistance. The husband tried to cut the elastic to make it easier for her, but it didn't work. So overall it does its job, but it's too good for the elderly.

I bought this for my mum and she loved everything about it. The lid stays on very well but is also easy to remove, keeps you hot and cold, is a great size and the flexible straw is amazing. I'm really very jealous that I can't get the same mug (because I'm not actually a grandmother and there aren't many other options).

While the mug is cute and definitely strong, I find the lid very difficult to attach securely and impossible to remove. Apparently the black rubber insert on the lid doesn't fit or doesn't fit properly. By removing and trying different ways to attach the rubber insert to the lid, I couldn't get the lid to slide easily in and out of the mug. In addition, the slide on the top for opening and closing the drinking hole is also very stiff. I can't imagine how easy it would be for her to use this mug

Received this as a Christmas present at night. this is how it looks without bubble wrap and cardboard? At some point it must have fallen down, there is a large dent at the bottom and now the blue paint is peeling off very easily. Everything happens and I understand that. Now I'm debating whether or not to get a new one. But how easy is it for the blue to chip, am I concerned about its durability and does it even last a year? I never recommend putting it in the dishwasher, microwave, etc.

Great product, even better company! A gift for my girlfriend and she loved it. The lid broke and she was given the return option so she was upset. She just wanted to buy a new lid but I said I would contact the seller. I messaged on Labor Day (9/6) and figured I'd hear from you in a few days. It was several hours, on a big holiday! They said they would apologize and contact the shipping department. On September 10, she received a new cover. Thank you SassyCup! Amazing customer service!
