I like that we can use their platform for our own clients but also have all of this information available at any time through live chat with an agent when they are working in person! We've been able solve some logistical issues around getting people into training programs as well because it's so easy just by clicking "send." I love that it is so easy to create courses for my coaching clients. I can easily drag and drop elements into an interactive course. It's also very intuitive to use. I do have a couple of requests. I would like to be able to edit my courses after they are published. Sometimes I realize there is something I want to change but it's too late to go back in and make changes.
