Great Platform and Excellent Customer Service

I like that we can use their platform for our own clients but also have all of this information available at any time through live chat with an agent when they are working in person! We've been able solve some logistical issues around getting people into training programs as well because it's so easy just by clicking "send." The software is super intuitive once someone has used other platforms before (we're using them mainly from home).

It takes awhile adjusting if there isn't anyone else familiar who understands how things work right away - which sometimes makes me wonder why? But then again maybe not having others understand something new would be more stressful than helpful :) Their support team helps us out often enough too even without needing help during business hours- usually within 24 hrs depending where its needed most!! So far no complaints about anything specifically though yes occasionally emails do take longer/are less clear cut compared what i'm seeing elsewhere now days especially regarding sales pages etc.-which does make sense given my experience here haha The software is easy enough for newbies like us as well experienced coaches alike! It's so user friendly that we don't have any complaints at all about it (yet). I recommend this program because of its ease in use which makes learning how-to coach faster than ever before!! We can now offer our clients more personalized services with less time spent training them instead focusing solely their needs/wants from an emotional standpoint through video chat sessions via Skype etc..
