good toner for my particular needs

I first saw this K-Beauty brand at Soko Glam and wanted to try it, so when I saw the opportunity I jumped at the chance! I have sensitive normal to combination skin so my skin usually doesn't like alcohol based toners. and again, if you have skin like me, tonics with such acids are only suitable if i use them once a week, otherwise my skin gets irritated. I mainly use these toners on areas where I have problems with large pores (like nose, chin etc.) and areas where the skin is healing from…

Hello Toner, goodbye Wasted money

I usually pay less than half the price of a Saturday Pore Cleansing Toner. Of course, what really matters is the results and whether the cost justifies using the product. First, the toner comes in a beautiful tempered glass bottle that is easy to handle and use. It's a plus and a nice change from the plastic packaging on the market today, but it doesn't justify the price. 10% Glycolic Acid and ingredient blend." Incidentally, glycolic acid is mostly derived from sugar cane. It helps loosen dead

Really refines pores but stings

This toner does an amazing job of smoothing skin and reducing pores, but it stings when used. I don't have sensitive skin and can usually use most products without irritation, but this one made me feel uncomfortable within minutes of applying it. After that, the feeling went away and I didn't suffer from redness or any reactions. This may be due to an ingredient that is irritating to my particular skin but I would advise being cautious and possibly testing this product before using it for the…

Does as advertised

I have never used a toner that has actually given me results after a single use. So Saturday Skin's pore-cleansing toner is first. It claims to cleanse and minimize pores while tightening rough skin. This is the best toner I've ever tried. It doesn't dry out my skin, which has often been a problem for me with toners in the past. They recommend using this product 3-5 times a week. So far, this tonic has lived up to its claims. After the first night of use, I could see results the next morning…

Strong chemical peel

Has a high concentration of glycolic acid. Do not use more than recommended. I say this because I tried. I have a very high cell turnover. I usually use Apricot Physical Peel daily with no irritation. So I figured I could use this daily without a physical exfoliator and I'd be fine. I was wrong. Even without a physical exfoliation, I can't use it more than every other day, and it works best when it's a little less frequent. Like 2-3 times a week. I used Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner. I…

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Saturday Skin's pore-cleansing toner is good, but I haven't seen a noticeable improvement enough to warrant buying another bottle. It's hard to squeeze out the product (you have to shake every drop, not pour) but I like the packaging of this toner - the thicker glass bottle is nice and would look nice on a countertop. The scent is neutral - so subtle that I didn't even notice it. It applies well, the toner absorbs quickly, leaving no stickiness and feeling after application. It's glycolic acid…

Works well but burns initially

I love using this Saturday Skin Glycolic Acid Toner. It contains 10% glycolic acid and is very effective in tightening pores and exfoliating dead skin cells. It has a very mild fragrance, no song at all. It sings a little on first use but stays on for a minute or two. It has helped clear my complexion of pimples and acne scars. It seems a bit pricey for the amount you get but the packaging is very elegant with a nice frosted glass bottle and I'm loving the results I'm seeing so far so will…
