Saucony Alternative Closure Running Big_Kid Review

Bought this for my 9 year old who needed a wide fit. They said it was a roomy fit but it isn't. They were so narrow in width that he could not put them on. I had to send them back.

I am grateful that this brand exists. My daughter has wide feet so finding the right shoes is difficult. Luckily, Saucony offers a wide range of running shoes, and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Great shoes! My child moves them around and wants to wear them right away! And new shoes are always difficult for him, so they must fit very well! It's been a few months and they're really holding up!

Fantastic shoes. They seem to lose their color faster than expected. They are very comfortable with her and she loves them.

My 8 year old loves these sneakers. There is a really good rubber pad on the bottom which is the most important thing for me and my kids shoes. very easy to turn on and off. She has had them for a year and a half and is still in excellent condition. The colors are amazing too.

Low quality. Worn less than a month, the bottom literally falls off. I have worn running shoes for many years and have never had this problem.

We bought them specifically for the extra width, but that's not the case at all. I'm frustrated because I liked how durable the mesh is compared to the New Balance mesh. but really need a real extra-broad.

These shoes hold up much better than the Skechers. I bought the same pair 4 months ago and still look great even though my daughter is very picky about shoes. The dark color also hides dirt well. I just bought a size up.

My children and I have fairly wide feet. Shoes are hard to find. My daughter found them to be the most comfortable of all the shoes we tried on at our local Rogans. Here they were much cheaper. I will probably buy this style for her from now on!

I ordered them for my son who has wide feet. The Saucony Wide usually worked as one of the few running shoes that was really wide, but it wasn't wide at all. I returned them.

My six year old son says he's comfortable on his feet. I like the look, bright colors, velcro closes easily. However, the shoe neck seems a bit narrow. This is a tough shoe for my son to put his foot in.

I have been ordering Saucony shoes for my children (ages 8 and 13) for almost 6 years, mainly for their fit and comfort but also for the quality. I have very wide feet that are not very big. For women I would wear 6.5-7 if I could find the right width. It's actually the same with kids (sneakers for big kids). I bought this shoe because it was wide as my LO has wide feet. The length of the shoe was ok but the width was way narrower than I expected. Also a bit difficult to put on. I have to wear it every day. He can't do it himself.

My son liked these very much. Slightly smaller than its normal size so I recommend an estimate. They have served well and have stayed in good condition after being used in basketball, running and everyday school games.
