I'm not a fast runner and started running last year after a long break. The first run out of the box in these shoes was 5K and ran a full 3 minutes faster. Shoes really encourage you to run faster. I don't know exactly how. It's well padded and comfortable from the start. I also managed to get it at a decent price and look forward to buying another pair soon. It's not that bad with them. Hope it's strong enough.

This shoe is highly rated by many running editors. I would agree with many things. First, he ran 2.5 miles straight out of the pits in the fastest time of over 75 attempts. I bought them for harder runs when I want to slow down. They're definitely doing their job. I use the Triumph 19 for everyday shoes and this one for faster, harder runs. Make sure you wear them half a size bigger!

These were my favorite running shoes. You should have shown pic of shoe showing that it was two toned. It sppears white in picture. Disappointed! This is good for most occasions, not longer 7 mile runs or even speed training.

This was the second pair we bought as our son outgrew the first pair. Less than 3 weeks later it started cracking and loosing parts. Very sorry for the money spent.

Be very careful when ordering European size. I wear EU42 and always buy 2 sizes bigger. So I bought the EU44/US10 after double checking with Saucony customer service who assured me the UE44 would fit perfectly 2 sizes up my EU42 foot. EU44 was smaller than my EU42 leg. Returned this item and ordered US11.5/EU 46 and hope it works for me

This is my new way. For a person who does about 25 miles a week, I need something with more cushioning than my Altra. They're also incredibly responsive, both on the road and on the track.

I love the fact that you can use this shoe for both training and racing, saving you the hassle of buying another pair designed for both activities. When it lands on the pavement, the response is excellent. I did 2 distance runs and 1 interval run in these shoes and felt that on race days I would show the best results in these shoes.

They started to crack after a few hard runs, the soles were cheaply made and soon began to fall apart. They're lightweight but feel cheap compared to other brands in a similar price range, they should be on the $50 shelf at Ross.

I started running a year ago, I have a Nike Zoom Fly 4 and these Speed 2, I didn't like them at first but once I got used to them they feel great, feel fast and it's fun to walk in. I think they look great. If you can find them for less than $100 I think they're a good deal

The featherweight cushioning and support is amazing and while these are my first running shoes I'll probably stick with them.

I've been a Brooks Ghost fan for many years. Unfortunately the shoes (IMO) have fallen off in recent years and don't offer me the same level of comfort on long runs. I didn't really need these shoes, but for the price of the eBay listing, it was easy. I have Hoka's and On Cloudmonsters in my daily rotation and these Saucony shoes have been a welcome addition too. They are light, well padded, fast and quite attractive. A full-length nylon overlay front spring pushes the foot forward, while maximum cushioning makes this shoe ideal for long runs. These are great shoes at $160, but at $80 I didn't get a chance to get past them. Glad I chose her!
