Its Keeper!: Men's

- regular or wide toe box - more cushioning than Kinvara - less cushioning than Triumph - better upper than either - best for walking - maybe sloppy/loose for narrow feet - laces are short - best to try on first - 8 hours of walking all day creates a hot spot in the middle of the foot when the arches are higher - best for flat feet

Pros
  • good item
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Good price for running

I got tired of spending $140 on a pair of running shoes so I bought a few different Saucony shoes from last year. The Freedom is a good shoe and the Kinvara 11 is excellent.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Gorgeous 4mm trainers

Very snug but comfortable, not too tight in the toe, holds the heel but not too tight. Only used on the treadmill so far but looking forward to spring runs.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Good for a long run. for men

Ideal for endurance races over 30 km, TPU foam is softer and less elastic. I still prefer the altra escalante for faster and shorter runs. Update after 6 months and 400 km: Pwrrun+ is not as stable as Altra Ego. The cushion now feels softer and is reminiscent of the Altra Toron Quantic. However, the Crystal rubber holds up well.

Pros
  • Positive result only
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

It's a keeper! good for shoes

- normal to wide toe box - more cushioning than Kinvara - less cushioning than Triumph - upper better than both - primarily good for walking - can be messy/ loose for narrow feet - laces are short - best from first try on - 8 hours of running all day creates a hot spot in the middle of the foot when the arches are higher - best for flat feet

Pros
  • High score for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Good but not great
