👟 Saucony Guide 14 Women's Running Shoe Review

Based on my experience, these shoes are perfect for running and other outdoor activities. They provide adequate support and cushioning, which reduce the pressure on my feet and prevent soreness after a long workout. Plus, the charcoal gray color looks sleek and stylish. What I don't like is the price point. They're a bit expensive and may not fit everyone's budget.

I am new to running and/or running. I need to lose weight so I was looking for the right running shoe and it was the best for a (slightly) overweight beginner. So far they are comfortable when running/jogging and my feet don't hurt. I jog/run a mile and then walk my Husky another 4 miles to keep my legs from feeling tired or sore. hope that helps

I am 50 years old, walk 3.5 miles a day and started running on a treadmill. I suffered from pain in the ball of my foot for several months and was only able to walk longer distances with the liner. The shoes felt great straight away and I was able to walk and go for long walks with absolutely no pain. I'll buy another pair for work. I love her! I bought the width in my normal size and I love the fit.
