Just used this morning and works great! This very professional leader has a thick roll and a soft ankle bandage with flexible joints. I don't know much about leashes but for under $20 this leash seems very well made and worth the money. I was concerned that the line would be flimsy for a 12ft paddleboard but after testing this morning I would highly recommend this line.

The pad under the ankle strap is too short. I don't have massive ankles and the padding doesn't fully enclose my ankle. This keeps most of the strap in direct contact with your ankle/skin. Add some beach sand to a nylon strap and suddenly you have a recipe for discomfort and abrasion.
