The neck area is very small and barely fits around my neck. I am a plus size woman and this was like a child size. It was also comfortable for my teenage daughter who is a healthy weight.

I wanted a raincoat that was easy to take off and here it is - velcro front closure. I just wanted something that would prevent hair from getting onto my blouse/sweater after brushing or brushing it. It's perfect, I have short hair and I'm not looking for something to use if my hair is cut but the perfect cape to brush at home. Made of nylon, easy to wash when needed. They have a plasticky feel, but that's okay because if foundation ever spills, you can just wipe it off with a damp cloth or even makeup remover , you don't have to apply them in the washing machine.
