Absolutely amazing a bit small and wasteful but I really like it but there is a problem sometimes when I'm playing it crashes and goes black then comes back I don't know something is wrong but absolutely amazing

love the curve! - my new rating

My 15 year old 20" Dell monitor is finally gathering dust. This is a major update. Just had to add a bi-directional DVI to HDMI DVI male to HDMI from CableCreation + $9.

The product is fine.

The socket connector on the back is not securely attached to the monitor. I am in the process of purchasing another device that will hold both securely.

So far it's been great! No questions. The quality when playing was perfect and easy to use. Highly recommended. The monitor takes too long to power up..

Good monitor for the price

I get annoyed by negative reviews when people don't read the descriptions carefully so be careful.... About this monitor and some negative reviews. I couldn't find anywhere in this ad that it's a frameless monitor and the pictures don't reflect that. Another complaint I saw was that the stand was plastic instead of black metal. Folks, 99% of computer monitors are made of plastic. Black metal is the COLOR of the stand, not the material. First of all, I use them for work, not for gaming. I bought

Great budget monitor!

I received this as a second screen alongside my main monitor. It works great and the monitor's built-in speakers were a big plus, although you have to be aware that speakers aren't anything crazy, you can definitely tell they're smaller. For the price this is a good choice!

Great monitor at a great price

I'm not going to pretend to be some kind of computer guru, but this monitor just blew me away. Low price but great quality - it's a lot nicer to look at than the smaller Acer screen I use for my second screen. I wish I had two of these!

Come on, the base is complete nonsense

The monitor itself is very good. However, the included stand actually tilts the monitor a few degrees to the side. I ended up buying a base with a clamp for my desk and discarding the base and hardware that came with it. I know it's not a big deal, but the tilt of the screen drives me crazy when I'm trying to work. When you buy this monitor, note that it comes with a height adjustable/swivel mount.

Second monitor in my opinion

My 10-year-old hanns-g monitor finally died about a month ago and, after some research, seemed to me to be a worthy replacement for a second monitor. My main monitor is curved, so it's nice that the second monitor is curved too. I have it on a bracket on the edge of my desk and it works great. The picture is good, I'll never play on it so I can't comment on that, but for a second monitor it's ideal.

Very solid for the price

I've had this monitor for just under a year and I have to say it's amazing for its price range. Graphics quality is good for what it is, they don't look like Dolby Vision 4K but I wasn't expecting that. I use an Xbox One device and most games look amazing on it. Games like The Division 2, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Battlefield 4 and more look stunning like never before. The peripherals included in the box are decent, but nothing special. It's just a regular plastic stand that tends to move around…

Curved budget monitor

This review is for the Scepter 24 Curved 75Hz LED Gaming Monitor. TLDR: A great buy for those on a tight budget. I didn't have a lot of money left so I bought this monitor as it was the best option out there. With easy operation, this monitor gives you exactly what you need. It's nothing special, despite being billed as a "High Quality Curved Gaming Monitor". Ignoring the marketing, this monitor works out of the box for any purpose. There are 2 video output options for this particular monitor…

Great work monitor: my review

I connected it to my work laptop. Received 75MHz as expected. My docking station could only run at 60Mhz so I connected it to my laptop and everything is fine now. It's big and bright. Excellent resolution. The buttons for changing the settings are on the back, so it takes a second to learn how to navigate blindly.

Works as it should, albeit with a few weaknesses.

Found a few dead pixels at the top of the screen. Not critical enough to make it through the return process, but I was hoping for a flawless screen. Still, this isn't a bad monitor for the price I paid. I would probably spend twice as much as if I had gotten it direct.

Its exceptional image quality

Wonderful image quality, probably due to its refresh rate. The stand would be better if it was 3-5 inches taller. I had a hard time screwing on the VGA cable. Possible misalignment. In any case, great product. And featherweight.

Good laptop monitor extender projector but terrible sound quality

I bought it as a docking screen for my MacBook (to turn my laptop into a desktop). I have to say that it's pretty good in terms of image quality. BUT the sound from the monitor is terrible so I would suggest connecting speakers to it if you plan to use it for sound. As if it were soft and only muted at maximum volume. Otherwise a good monitor for the price.

This is a really good monitor!

I was skeptical as many reviews say it's not very good quality. I have a heavier line as one person mentioned but I don't play extreme games so I didn't notice it until I looked for it. It works well, I've played Minecraft and I'm happy with the quality. I think if you are not someone who needs the fastest you can get this is for you too. I'm not an expert on many computer things, but I have no complaints. The curved feature makes the screen appear larger than it really is. My facial…

Great monitor, crappy speakers

The monitor itself is great so I have 2 of them but the built in speakers are complete crap. My tiny $20 portable bluetooth speaker is louder than this one. I had to order some computer speakers because they were so low. Otherwise everything else is great.

Great for a few months.

I bought two of these to use side by side on a mount and they worked great for just over two months and then one of them developed a vertical line down the middle of the display. :( I have contacted Scepter customer service to see how they fix the issue. Hopefully they will replace it with an identical monitor so I can keep a matching pair. I'm really not looking forward to returning the faulty monitor Oh ok , I guess that's the risk you run trying to save a few bucks! lol The short answer is…

Worth the money for me

Worth the money - this is the best quality you get for the money you pay. Very solid construction with solid base. Gave 4 stars because one of the screens came with dead pixels, but I was able to swap it out for a new screen very easily.
