Schlage F10 LAT 716 Latitude Review

I have always used kwikset on all our doors. I recently upgraded to a Kwikset electronic lock on both the security door and front door and needed a non-locking doorknob. I liked the design and the color (not a fan of round knobs or wavy doorknobs. I also bought the locking version for bedrooms and bathrooms.

Purchased to replace old door handles in my new home. They are beautiful and make a huge difference in the look of my home. It took me less than five minutes to install them, including removing the existing handle. The assembly was probably a lot easier for me because I just had to remove the old handle, insert this and screw it on.

Love these new doorknobs! They are calm too. The strike plates we have are commercial quality so the ones supplied are residential quality. I had ordered strikers from another website but that didn't stop me from getting them again. They replaced all of my old doorknobs in our new home. Very convenient.

Kitchen door handle had to be replaced as the lever was too loose and could fall off. The door handle style was no longer made by Schlage, but I found the internal mechanism (metal spring) that broke was what I needed anyway. I could reuse the existing grip and pad. This set of through levers gave me the part I needed. Replaced at a very good price as the chrome was the cheapest in the range!
