Excellent Needles for Precise Sewing

These needles work incredibly well for all my Arts and Crafts projects requiring precise sewing. I have used them on everything from sewing through multiple layers of fabric to delicate embroidery work with great results every time. The durable chrome coating adds extra longevity to the needles, making them an excellent investment. The only drawback is that they are not compatible with some sewing machines so be sure to check before purchasing. .

Pros
  • Sharp needle point allows for precise stitch work and clean finish on microfiber, polyester, silk, foils, faux leather, and similar thin materials.
Cons
  • May break under high pressure or repeated use on thicker fabrics.

Worst Needles for Arts and Crafts

After trying these needles for my sewing projects I found them to be incredibly frustrating .While the chrome coating may seem durable, it actually causes the needles to break more easily than regular needles. The pros are that they are sharp, but unfortunately this also contributes to the increased likelihood of breakage. Save your money and stick to regular sewing needles instead..

Pros
  • Sharp
Cons
  • Break easily due to coating

Great needles for machine quilting!

I quilt and embroider on a typewriter. These needs work very well. I change needles with every new project and the needles go through the entire quilt assembly, staying sharp and beautifully embroidered.

Pros
  • Sewing supplies and consumables
Cons
  • Unfashionable
