Great balance bike for my 3 year old

I bought this for my 3 year old who is quite tall for his age. He's about 44 inches tall so he's probably about the height of a 4 year old. He loves this bike because it looks like a "big kid" BMX bike and I love it for the quality and easy setup right out of the box. A couple of wrenches to attach the wheels and it's up and running in less than 5 minutes. My only wish is for the seatpost to be a few inches longer so I can adjust it higher as it grows. I'll be able to buy a longer post when the

Easy assembly - 15 minutes max - but requires recommended tools such as B. an appropriately sized wrench. Make sure the seat height is adjusted for your child. When a child is in the saddle, the heels should not touch the ground and the front toes of their boots should touch the ground slightly, as if standing on tiptoe. There are platforms on either side for little feet to rest on during the ride. My child loved it and soon learned to stand on it too. That's a great runner. Nice solid bike…

Pros
  • Comfortable handlebar with limiter makes it easier for beginners to control the bike.
Cons
  • Almost never.

My kids (2 and 4) haven't ridden this bike in a day. My 4 year old used it for 3 weeks then switched to a regular bike and mastered it in 3 days. Nobody could believe a four-year-old on a regular bike with no training wheels. Thanks to the runner. My 2.5 is now flying on a balance bike but not ready to pedal on a regular bike yet. Many neighbors and many friends bought balance bikes after seeing our kids. The stranger stopped and asked about it. I would choose the Schewnn brand over other…

I love the kickstand but my rear wheel is leaking

It's a Schwinn 12 - because of the pink balance bike is cute - with a capital C! Easy to assemble, takes less than 10 minutes with a couple of wrenches and no need to look at the instructions. The rear tire leaked the first day after 20 minutes of very light riding indoors on the hardwood floor, but it only costs about $10 to fix at a local shop. I don't know if leaks are common or if I just pulled a short straw, but then again it costs about $10 to fix and should take less than 5 minutes if…
