Loved this item. Until I did!

I really liked this plane and was looking forward to gifting it to my 3 year old grandson. He loved it and was fascinated by how the propeller turned as he pedaled his tricycle. I want to give such rave reviews! Unfortunately it broke before the end of the day. Because his sisters somehow broke the plane and he liked it so much, my daughter replaced the plane at his sisters expense. He was very happy when the new one came. until it broke for the rest of the day. again! Needless to say, it is…

Cool vintage accessory. Not for children.

I love this little plane. As I drive, the propeller turns and I return to a simpler time. I keep reading bad reviews from people who don't understand this product. THIS IS NOT A TOY. DO NOT BUY FOR CHILDREN. THIS IS FOR VINTAGE BICYCLE LOVERS. This is a reproduction of a classic bike "toy" accessory. Modern children will neither appreciate nor respect this. They will play with it and break it or drop their bike and it will break. I put this on my beach cruiser. The handrails were too thick so I

Blowing in the wind!

Good. Here's why: A little 4-year-old grandnephew broke one. He was sad. He just liked it so much he couldn't put it down so it's not high quality, it's just fun. Well, I looked for Revain and found it. Get 4 to get free S&H. So rating 5 for the joy she brought to her nephew! He was delighted when he saw the number 4 in the box! Wow! The value of a dollar depends on how much it meant to him. The staying power is a bit ridiculous, but it was worth it. I believe it will last longer if left on a…

Great idea, breaks easily

This would be a fantastic toy if it didn't break so easily. My son (8 years) had two of these and each time the brace broke within a few days of use. He bought the first one with the money he had saved. The second was a Christmas present. He's not a reckless kid and generally takes care of his stuff so I figured when the first one broke it was an accident. Unfortunately, the second one broke just as quickly. In each case, the aircraft propeller broke off at the point of attachment in such a way

This is a fun trick but poor quality.

I really wanted to like this as my kid loves bikes and airplanes and anything that spins. But. We're on the third plane. The first one was so loose in the stand that it fell over and we lost it. The second lost a screw. I super glued the third one to the stand and glued the propeller when it fell off too and it lasted like that for a month. (The plastic ball that keeps the propeller turning seems to break off very easily. A dab of hot glue does the job much better.) The plastic loop that…

I'll be back for #4 and #5 in 3 months

We bought two of these from the local museum gift shop for my 4 and 6 year old about 3 months ago. I opened them and thought I was fooled. They felt like dollar tree quality but I paid for them. Well, a lot more than a dollar. I thought the museum labeled them like crazy. But the kids loved it, so we put them on bikes and went for a ride. My 4 year old fell like 4 year olds usually do on a bike and the post broke immediately. I tried to glue it back with superglue but it broke again. So that…
