Review on 🚴 AeroBike by Charles Lardieri

We bought two of these from the local museum gift shop for my 4 and 6 year old about 3 months ago. I opened them and thought I was fooled. They felt like dollar tree quality but I paid for them. Well, a lot more than a dollar. I thought the museum labeled them like crazy. But the kids loved it, so we put them on bikes and went for a ride. My 4 year old fell like 4 year olds usually do on a bike and the post broke immediately. I tried to glue it back with superglue but it broke again. So that was the end of plane #1. We still had plane #2 but the 4 year old would throw a tantrum when his older sister rode her so we postponed it until we found a replacement for plane #2 could. 1. Apparently we put it in such a safe place that we can't find it anymore. So that was the end of Plane #2 - admittedly not the manufacturer's fault. We have the #1 replacement here at Revain. I was both relieved and surprised to find that the price of Revane was about the same as museum price. This one lasted much longer. My kids bikes are U-shaped with a crossbar at the top. At first I installed the plane next to her handlebars, but I think that made it more vulnerable in the event of a fall. The second time I installed it at the bottom of the U. This seemed to protect it a bit better so it was less likely to break. My son put his bike on the ground. We've noticed it and put it back on many, many times, but the last time we took it off it must have fallen off and we didn't notice. So that was the end of plane #3. And now I'm buying planes #4 and #5. Because, hey, the kids *love* them and they're not *that* expensive, and I'm encouraged against all of that them to go out and ride a bike. I plan to glue these planes onto the mount. I'm a little worried that in the event of a crash, the planes will just break and not fall off the mount. I will let you know if I need to come back soon to buy the #6 and #7 planes here :)
