Broke instantly for playing tiles

Looks like they are shipping defective units. At first it only worked without the battery cover. Then he stopped working altogether - just dragging very, very, very slowly and couldn't drop his ankle properly. Big disappointment for my son. He's really very sad.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Too cheap but not cheap. waste of money.

Cheap toy. Wheels fall off, parts/dominoes are very difficult to assemble. After an hour of play, the mechanics jammed and the train stopped working. When it worked the kids loved it but it was very frustrating that I paid over $20 for something that didn't last 60 minutes. How do I return money? I would not advise anyone to spend money on this train!

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Easy maintainability

Happy kids, fun toys!

I bought 2 of these for my grandkids for Christmas. It's easier to buy 2 identical ones so they don't fight, they are 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 years old. Due to Covid-19, they didn't receive their gifts until February. Seeing my parents send me a video of them playing for three hours warmed my heart. Yes, dad had to help them, but they absolutely loved it. It was nice to see them play and not in front of the TV. Even if the toy lasts a few more times, I've got my money's worth.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Works fine (with a trick). Best used under supervision.

This is a fun toy especially if you and your kids/grandchildren love dominoes. I read other reviews describing issues so my expectations weren't too high. Usually works well, although sometimes bricks get stuck in the rack or motor, or one of them falls violently, knocking over neighboring dominoes. (Tip: Remove one tile from every dozen or two on a track as you build it to create "firebreaks" that prevent mistakes from prematurely ruining the entire track.)
