Hill's Science Diet Dry Cat Food for Senior Cats: Chicken Recipe, Adult 7+ - Essential Nutrition for Aging Feline Friends Review

Eats this one. I have a 10 year old flashpoint who is very picky. I often give him a buffet and he just walks away. But I try to eat healthier. He's enjoying the scientific diet as much as anything I've given him; more than jars or those treats (actually I sometimes fill those treat bags with SD 7+ and it wraps them). I feel better knowing there is a better product that he likes.

my elderly cat recently started eating this food because he had a hard time eating big chunks of another brand that I've been to years. It also got sick from another brand I bought from a big store that we are all familiar with and had mold in it. I asked the vet about this brand and I'm glad it was recommended to Jack. It's fresh, my cat loves it and I loved the velcro closure for the pocket. I will continue to buy this indefinitely.

I tried 11+ on our 17 year old cat and he prefers the smaller pieces of it. I'm not sure why as he has a full mouth full of teeth. 😀 The taste might be a reason for this, but although I was asked to rate the taste, I will NOT try it. It doesn't really make sense that one designed for older cats would have larger bites. 🤷‍♀️ I gave it a 5 based on Midnight's likes and just the fact that he eats it. Cat owners will understand. But I think it's a little expensive.

Cat food companies and vets sell the worst "food" made for cats. They often use tricks like "with vegetables", "whole grains" that seem healthy to humans because they are essential to our diet. Cats are carnivores - they only digest meat.
