Great solution for keeping customer connected with help desk

I like that it's easy for customers who are not technical people but still want an online community of experts available at their fingertips! The interface could use some work/polish - there isn't much in terms usability-wise aside from getting started with this software (which can be done quickly). It doesn’t seem fully integrated into Salesforce yet so we're looking forward towards future updates where they will add more integrations / features which would benefit us greatly when using sales

Pros
  • Easy to setup, quick implementation.
  • Good customer support team is helpful if you have any issues or questions about how things should function within your system; very responsive as well!! :)

Great tool if you run business far away

It's completely free software that helps us manage our website and communicate with our customers. We can create a new page for every case we receive. The interface is very simple, clean and modern. We also have an option to customize the design of the pages. It's easy to use. The only thing I dislike is that it doesn't have a mobile version, so my colleagues have to use their phones to access the site from outside the office. This allows me to work in a more comfortable position. We are…

Pros
  • Free
  • Easy navigation.
  • Simplicity
  • Low costs (free) support team available online 24/7 if needed,
  • Can run multiple instances at once or test several changes quickly before updating live server; no need do rollback when something fails during development phases)
  • User friendly admin panel where you don’t find yourself lost among options trying not be able understand how update anything..etc etc ) Great help community forum! You know? What
Cons
  • Nothing here

Best Customer Support Software For Business

The best part of Scoold is the ease of use and the fact that everything is so well integrated. Once you have set up the board, the questions and answers, you can just get going. There is nothing I dislike about Scoold. It has everything you need from a customer support tool for your company. I have had issues with the mobile app but the support team has been quick to fix the issues. I am using Scoold to build a knowledge base for my company. We are also using it to provide customer support for…

Pros
  • Easy setupEasy integrationGreat question libraryGood navigation systemExcellent search functionAbility create new pages within dashboardAccessible in both web version or native iOS application
Cons
  • Mobile App does not work as good when compared against desktop software

Great tool and amazing customer support

I like that it's an easy way for our team of 15+ people (technical & non-tech) who work remotely all over the world to communicate with each other without having them have to go through so many different channels/apps! Their interface could be more user friendly - not everyone will know how use something they've never used before. The only thing we dislike about scoool right now is their pricing model which makes things expensive compared to some similar services out there such as Slack or…

Pros
  • Easy access
  • Lots options available including video conferencing
  • Integration into GSuite tools, AWS WorkSpaces
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Great solution if looking from customer perspective

I like that it has almost all of my needs in one place for client communication (email/chat). It can be confusing at times because you need training before getting started but once its up and running there are many options available which allows customization around your business model - so no complaints here! The only thing i dislike about scooled would have been an easy way to add videos via Youtube into our content management system- otherwise we love this product!! We use Scools throughout…

Cons
  • Sometimes user experience isn't smooth enough due lackadaisicalness sometimes
