I had an old Dodge Dakota Chrysler radio lying around. These plugs allowed me to use it under the dash of an old car. This worked fine for me.

This worked great on my 1998 Dodge Ram 2500. The previous owner shortened the factory wiring harness to install an aftermarket stereo instead of buying an adapter. This allowed me to restore my factory wiring and reinstall a different aftermarket stereo with the correct adapter. The cables differ in color from the factory harness, but the use of each cable is indicated on the packaging.
