Very good tape

This is a very good tape. Although it appears to be paper, it is actually vinyl, which allows very tight curves to be sealed. The band's narrow width of 1/8 inch also contributes to its flexibility. It doesn't have a very strong adhesive as far as I can tell, but I've only used it on hard surfaces so I can't say for sure. that it works well on paper. The actual thickness of the tape itself is very thin, making it easy to get a clean edge. All in all a good product if a bit pricey but when I…

Tried this product twice

I wanted this for two sumptuous pieces of French style furniture. The first roller was only used for the first part: it worked about half the time, but the other half didn't stick, and the gluing process was very difficult and didn't leave clear lines. So I bought another roll because blue tape wouldn't work at all on swollen furniture and figured I'd give it another try and varnish it right after the tape ended so the tape wouldn't come loose. save your money

Save your money it bleeds. I polished the tape twice to make sure it lays on the paper as best as possible. This tape had "lines" that reminded me of duct tape, but when it was pulled from the roll they were no longer visible. I compared three tapes for a project. I create an extensive color chart for all my watercolors in terms of value, intensity and color mixture. I need a lot of masking tape for this project, so testing different types of "artist" or thin masking tape was the best way to…
