Pumice stones can be used to remove pet hair from carpets

I bought these pumice stones to remove dog hair from car carpets and they did a great job. Carpet combing loosens hair better than a professional vacuum.

  • GOLS certified

  • Not as good as advertised

Works on my glass plate!

Wow. My oven has not been cleaned in 10 years. It's embarrassing but nothing I've tried has worked to remove the burnt rings. My sister gave me a stick and I decided it's worth a try even if it scratches my glass. It works! Not a very heavy wash. And no scratches. I used an entire stick to clean one side of the oven. A little more was needed. I buy more to finish it and then service it!

  • Great price

Works as expected, seems to wear out faster than usual

This stone seems to be softer than the one I've used before because the stone wears out faster. I'll try a different pumice stone next time. I have used pumice stone to remove scale stains in toilets for many years. They work. You must take care to keep the stone very wet during use. Soak it in water, rub it a few times, and then soak it again, otherwise you will get scratches.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Works better than chemical limescale removers.

Tired of limescale remover, vinegar and even sandpaper, nothing helped. I bought them to remove the water ring from the toilet, of course the idea of sticking my hand in the toilet was disgusting. After putting on a pair of rubber gloves, it worked pretty well, even under the rim, and, to my relief, quickly. Now my toilet looks like new! I had to put my hand in the toilet.

Stains from hard water to nasty leg stains

Individual blocks wrapped in thin plastic. If you order other items, they will be covered with dust, if you are concerned about this, please pay attention to that. Didn't have much time to work on the tough water stains, but some came off. I was afraid of scratching the granite, but those were marks from hard water that didn't wash away completely. Keep rubbing and it will be shiny again. I want to say it's fun. I love seeing the work I put into something important. This is a distance! No more…

They work wonders on limescale deposits

I haven't been able to make any progress against limescale deposits on my sink. I've tried so many things. I finally bought these pumice stones. The boy was shocked. Not only did they work wonders, but they also didn't scratch the metal. I don't understand it, but I'm very happy about it. It took a lot of effort to get the perfect result, but the results were stunning. I blew the whole pack on my only sink. I think the reason they don't scratch is because they are soft. physics, you know. So…

you think you're scratching 'S*$@' out of your toilet. but it's not

I winced as I started playing with the toilet rings in our house. This product absolutely worked. I've been trying to scrub them off for a month and finally tried this pumice stone. Acts immediately, a little dirty, but will be washed off by rinsing or rinsing. No scratches - just a smooth shine. I applied it to a deep scratch on a porcelain kitchen sink. The stain in the scratch has been removed and it's almost gone. Was there for 4 years - now it's gone. All other stubborn stains in this sink

Dissolves quickly on household items

I think the nature of the animal is such that these things dissolve quickly. If they were too hard, they would scratch the surface. I've used all six on about 12 foot pool tiles. I had some kind of black mark (I'm the second owner of the pool) coming from somewhere and I wanted it to go away. Removed how. It's not new yet, clean and shiny, but it's getting better. A word of caution: remember that all that tiny pumice will mix with the water and fall to the bottom of the pool. 6 weeks later I am

Little Wands

We've moved to a new town, the suburbs of the city. I've never heard of soft water, hard water, mineral deposits, iron. All my life I lived with ordinary toilet water, I took it for granted. Then we bought a large house with 4 bathrooms here on a former pasture. I couldn't clean my toilets. I hired someone to clean her, even she had problems. The iron deposits were solid. It's impossible to get out! Those little pumice sticks were my last resort. I've tried EVERYTHING! And just wow. They're…

Wow just wow! on Household Items

Imagine the ugliest toilet rings imaginable. Calcium, iron, nuclear waste. Unbelievable. I have tried every "toilet cleaner" that is sold with no success. Tried "The Works".meh, ring 1, works, 0. Tried muriatic acid and oxalic acid.nada, zip, nothing.Money spent, no progress; Ring 4, me, 0. I was talking about voodoo or hiring a medicine man, but instead I googled "how to clean a stubborn toilet ring" and someone mentioned a pumice stone. And the light was shining. Wipe the water level in the…
