Very easy to clean, very durable, very comfortable to use. But it's not sharp enough to cut the dough cleanly. But for this price it is very good for a stainless steel product.

It works but I'm not happy with the quality. This photo is straight out of the box, brand new and has never been washed. The measurements are already beginning to fade. I don't expect them to last too long. I'll keep it anyway.

This scraper replaces one that got lost when we last moved. I often make fresh pasta and I have to say this scraper was less than half the price of the old one so I was skeptical. I was very happy to find that it looks and performs the same as my original scraper and performs just as well; As a bonus, it has measurement marks to make it easier for me to cut the pasta! I am very happy with this scraper!

I opened the package as soon as it was delivered and immediately requested a refund. It was a cheap item and was made to reflect that. It was stamped from a large piece of steel and then the handle was rolled up. They didn't bother to clean up the edges leaving them rough and sharp. The "handy" sizes were engraved on them at an angle, making them quite unusable. Overall I was very unimpressed. I would definitely recommend spending a few bucks more and getting one that has at least been erased…

This scraper feels like a million bucks! The weight, grip and usage were perfect. It should have gotten 5 stars but this scraper cut the tip of my index finger. When I washed it, there was flour on the inside of the bent end. I stuck my finger in and it was razor sharp and cut me. Apparently they didn't finish the sharp end when they rolled it. I'm going to fill in the inside with a small metal file to remove the sharp edges. I would buy it again, works great. That's 5 stars minus 1 star for…
