It's just a stylus, not a pen.

Just received and trying to write on Ipad. It didn't work like a pen, it worked great with a pen, no different than a finger.

If you want to use it with the iPad for writing or drawing, this stylus isn't for it. Wouldn't recommend it. I find that the more I use it, the less it works with my iPad and Android phone.
