Tool needs repairing and certainly bits are missing. I mean Torx? For real? They were delivered the next day and I had my saw up and running within an hour. Great climb, good bit - strong and doesn't round easily. The extra length allowed me to flick the socket onto the bit and still get to the sunken screws. Thanks very much!

Tightened the scope mount to 45lbs but didn't even make it before the tip came loose. I had a rifle by my side and I was holding it to the ground with both hands. It's definitely not hardened steel. That's what I bought them for, but I'll look for a more reputable name and probably have to spend a little more.

I can't comment on the durability of this item as I only used one of the bits. But I needed them to fix my dishwasher and as soon as they arrived I ripped this pup apart and put in a new heating coil and it works like a charm. They work well with my drill press, so they reduce the time it takes to screw the screws in and out. You can say that I saved buying a new dishwasher with this heating coil. So I'd say that makes it a pretty good value.

The first set of torx keys that was sent contained missing or duplicate keys. Also, some of the bits were badly stamped, almost illegible. In response to my complaint, the company asked me to order another set and said they would refund the money for one set. The second set came quickly and was perfect. The set comes in a small plastic box for easy storage. I 3D printed an elastomeric holder for them so they can be easily accessed, stored and displayed immediately. as beautiful as in the pictures. They seem to me to be of good quality. I haven't tested them with anything hard so can't comment on their durability but they seem good and the ONE I've used so far has been strong enough to loosen the tight screws on my printer.

I usually just buy hex head screws for all my household needs. I bought a large one for a fence/gate that closes with 2 BIG torx screws to access my backyard. Which happens maybe twice a year. I lost the torx bit for those two screws. ordered, received quickly and opened the gate to get my pendant out.
